Enjoy safe, comfortable transportation to Bali Mountain Retreat!

When planning your visit to Bali Mountain Retreat, we strongly recommend using our pick up service as Balinese drivers will automatically go to their father Temple Batukaru. This detour adds 1 1/2 hours to the trip as we are not in this area. The price then usually rises. Be aware, taxis will not come up the mountain on these roads.

Transport costs to Bali Mountain Retreat in an air conditioned vehicle from the areas of Airport and Ubud is Rp 400.000 one way. The trip is 2 hours and carries a maximum of 4 people. From Kuta/Legian/Seminyak, transport is Rp 380.000 one way and takes 1 1/2 hours. Booking is essential. Any other areas for pick up or drop off will be negotiated first.

If you have arranged transport or are driving yourself. You will enjoy the trip through the ricefields and traditional villages coming to BMR. If you have any problems on your journey please call 08283602645 for directions.

Why not have a daytrip on the way to or from Bali Mountain Retreat?

Guests can choose to have a daytrip when coming to or leaving Bali Mountain Retreat. An 8 hour daytrip with a/c car and driver is Rp 800.000, which is only Rp 400.000 more than the transfer itself.

Check out our Day Trips page or ask us to suggest a daytrip or 1/2 daytrip from/to your pick up/drop off area. For example, you can leave Seminyak / Kuta area at 9 am and visit Tanah Lot, Jatiluwih Rice Fields, Pura Luhur Batukaru then on to Bali Mountain Retreat, arriving at 5 pm!

When completing the booking form for your preferred accommodation, let us know if you would like our driver to pick you up. Remember, you can make the most of your transfer by adding a day trip or half day trek!
